Welcome to

Valley Connections Counselling

At Valley Connections Counselling, our Registered Psychotherapists and Counselling Interns provide counselling and psychotherapy to individuals, couples, children and youth/adolescents, and families from Dundas, Hamilton, Guelph, Kitchener, Brantford, Toronto, and the surrounding areas.  We provide sessions in person at our 2 clinics, in Dundas, Hamilton, and online.  We welcome clients from all backgrounds, we are a trauma-informed centre, and we are LGBTQIA positive.  Valley Connections Counselling also offers Clinical Supervision and Consultation recognized by the College of Registered Psychotherapists (CRPO) services to mental health practitioners.

People come to the Valley Connections Counselling Clinic when they are facing relationship difficulties or breakups, addiction, disordered eating, postpartum challenges, depression, anxiety, stress, grief and loss, and difficulties with life transitions; problems that impact most of us at different stages of our lives.

We utilize evidence-based counselling approaches that fit each individual client, couple, or family, and their respective goals. We see counselling and psychotherapy as a collaborative journey and process, which we navigate together with our clients.  We help people to deepen their own wisdom and develop skills so they can better face life’s challenges, heal wounds, and grow.

We believe people are resilient and adaptive, and that everyone needs help sometimes.
