Psychotherapy Matters is a virtual care system that connects therapists and their clients with psychiatrists and family doctors. 

We support your recovery through invaluable psychiatry consultations delivered by caring and dedicated psychiatrists.

Accessible psychiatric support: Receive a diagnosis, medication recommendations or monitoring, and psychotherapy — from the convenience of your therapist’s office or from your own home.

Save time, skip the wait: We work alongside psychiatrists in the Psychotherapy Matters virtual clinic, while saving you excess travel, multiple practitioner visits and lengthy wait times.

STEPS: 

1. See your Therapist. Your therapist will provide you with a pre-filled referral form.

2. Request a referral. Simply take the form to your primary care physician to get a referral to one of Psychotherapy Matters' psychiatrists.

3. Meet with your team. Your therapist will connect you with a psychiatrist and get you on the path to feeling your best!
